1. About the Instalment Payment Option
From the site’s checkout page www.bestsubcaribbean.com, the payment option in 3 or 4 instalments is offered by our partner Oney. You can choose this option among the other payment methods available on the site. A link to the terms and conditions of Oney is also provided for more information. See terms and conditions
2. Selecting the Payment Option
When completing your order, you can choose the option “Pay in instalments with Oney“. Once this option is selected, the customer is redirected to a secure page of Oney to complete the credit application process.
3. Completing the Oney Form
From the Oney, you must provide the following information:
- Personal contact details (name, address, etc.)
- Bank details
- Details of the bank card used for the debits
- Proof of identity and address, if required
4. Application Approval
Oney then carries out an instant assessment of the credit application, including a check of your creditworthiness. If the application is approved, you receive an immediate notification. If it is declined, you are invited to choose another payment method.
5. Order Confirmation
Once the credit application is approved, you will receive an order confirmation including the details of the payment plan. This confirmation includes:
- Total purchase amount
- Number of monthly instalments
- Amount of each monthly instalment
- Debit dates
You are also informed by email of the payment terms and contact details in case of questions or problems.
6. Instalment Payments
The amount of each instalment is debited automatically according to the defined payment schedule. You receive an email reminder before each debit. In the event of insufficient funds or other payment problems, Oney contacts the customer to resolve the situation.
