General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products and services concluded on the website bestsubcaribbean.com between the company MARDIS SARL (hereinafter “the Seller”) and its business (B2B) or individual (B2C) customers located in Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and Caribbean territories.

Article 2 — Products & Workshop Personalisation

BestSub Caribbean sells blank items for sublimation and marking, as well as a made-to-measure printing/personalisation option carried out in its workshop in Guadeloupe.

For any product ordered with the personalisation option, the customer guarantees that they hold all copyright, trademarks and authorisations required for the visuals and logos supplied.

Article 3 — Prices & Currencies

Prices are shown in euros (€) or US dollars ($). For registered business accounts, prices are displayed excluding tax (HT) according to the tax rules in force in the French overseas departments. Transport and inter-island freight costs are calculated when the basket is confirmed.

Article 4 — Payment Terms

Purchases are paid in full when ordering by secure bank card (3D Secure), PayPal or bank transfer (with approval after receipt of funds for B2B accounts).

Article 5 — Delivery Times & Shipping

Orders are prepared from our central stock in Guadeloupe. Average shipping times are 24 to 48 hours for blank products in stock, and 3 to 5 working days for runs personalised in the workshop. Shipments to Martinique, French Guiana and the Northern Islands are made by sea carrier or express air freight.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

For non-personalised items sold to individuals, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Please note: Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (custom printed or engraved items).

Article 7 — Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will be submitted to the competent courts of Pointe-à-Pitre (Guadeloupe).
