Article 1 \u2014 Scope<\/h2>\n

\t\t\t\tThese General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales of products and services concluded on the website bestsubcaribbean.com<\/strong> between the company MARDIS SARL<\/strong> (hereinafter “the Seller”) and its business (B2B) or individual (B2C) customers located in Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barth\u00e9lemy and Caribbean territories.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Article 2 \u2014 Products & Workshop Personalisation<\/h2>\n

\t\t\t\tBestSub Caribbean sells blank items for sublimation and marking, as well as a made-to-measure printing\/personalisation option carried out in its workshop in Guadeloupe.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tFor any product ordered with the personalisation option, the customer guarantees that they hold all copyright, trademarks and authorisations required for the visuals and logos supplied.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Article 3 \u2014 Prices & Currencies<\/h2>\n

\t\t\t\tPrices are shown in euros (\u20ac) or US dollars ($). For registered business accounts, prices are displayed excluding tax (HT) according to the tax rules in force in the French overseas departments. Transport and inter-island freight costs are calculated when the basket is confirmed.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Article 4 \u2014 Payment Terms<\/h2>\n

\t\t\t\tPurchases are paid in full when ordering by secure bank card (3D Secure), PayPal or bank transfer (with approval after receipt of funds for B2B accounts).<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Article 5 \u2014 Delivery Times & Shipping<\/h2>\n

\t\t\t\tOrders are prepared from our central stock in Guadeloupe. Average shipping times are 24 to 48 hours for blank products in stock, and 3 to 5 working days for runs personalised in the workshop. Shipments to Martinique, French Guiana and the Northern Islands are made by sea carrier or express air freight.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Article 6 \u2014 Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n

\t\t\t\tFor non-personalised items sold to individuals, the customer has a legal period of 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tPlease note:<\/strong> Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (custom printed or engraved items).<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Article 7 \u2014 Governing Law & Disputes<\/h2>\n
